Hawkeyes vs. Buckeyes in de facto Big Ten Championship

UPDATE: Woooooooooooooooooo. Ohio State wins a thriller in overtime 27-24. Hello Rose Bowl! [Of course it didn't have to be that way if the Bucks had called anything but a run up the middle from the fourth quarter on. Again with the ultra-conservative playcalling? But what the heck, they won.]

UPDATE 2: I'm happy that the Buckeyes won, but I also agree with this guy on the playcalling.

***********************************************************************************************

The #10 Iowa Hawkeyes are currently battling the #11 Ohio State Buckeyes in the Horseshoe. Iowa is playing without its starting quarteback in unfriendly territory: advantage Buckeyes. Today's winner will likely be headed to the Rose Bowl.

  2. YYYEEEEESSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!! Of course, beating that team up north will be icing on the cake for this year now. Tressel's play calling does still drive me nuts, but you have to love how this team managed to claw their way back into the BCS top 10. On to Ann Arbor!
