JOY FM IS MAKING A DIFFERENCE WITH 3RD ANNUAL “CHRISTMAS WISH”

Joy FM is Western Ohio and Eastern Indiana’s Contemporary Christian Music (CCM) station, and can be heard at 88.9 FM, 94.5 FM (Richmond, IN), and 97.7 FM (New Paris, OH).

In December, Joy FM and its’ faithful listeners will be taking on the needs of families throughout the area during the Christmas season. If you know of a family in the area that could really benefit from having their needs met for Christmas, please share their story and nominate them for “Joy FM’s Christmas Wish”. You can fill out a nomination form online at www.889joyfm.com. The deadline to nominate a family is November 25th, and families will be chosen by December 4th.

Joy FM will ask listeners to call in December 7th through the 9th and commit to purchasing items for the family members, until every family is taken care of. There will be official drop off locations all over Western Ohio and Eastern Indiana, making it easy to purchase the items and conveniently drop the items in the Christmas Wish box on the way out of the store. Locations in Richmond, Greenville, Winchester, Arcanum and Union City will be announced soon!

Joy FM is also looking for phone volunteers who would be willing to come in for a 2-4 hour shift during the LIVE on-air Christmas Wish, which will take place December 7th through the 9th from 6am to 7pm. We will also need volunteers to be a part of our “Wrapping Party” on December 17th from 5-9pm. We will spend that evening wrapping all of the gifts that will be delivered to our Christmas Wish families.
