Official press release on Bruner death

Here is the official Greenville Police Department press release:

On October 3, 2009 at about 0147 hrs., the Greenville Police Department responded to the 300 block of S. Broadway on a fight call. Upon officer's arrival they found Kevin R. Bruner, unresponsive on the ground. Mr. Bruner was transported to Wayne Hospital by Greenville Rescue. Mr. Bruner was pronounced deceased at Wayne Hospital at 0231 hrs.

Mr. Bruner's body was taken to the Miami Valley Crime lab where an autopsy was performed.

The Greenville Police Department and the Darke County Coroner's office began an investigation into the cause and manner of Mr. Bruner's death. Based upon interviews, witness statements, video surveillance tapes of the incident and the physical findings of the Autopsy, Dr. Kathman, The Darke County Coroner, has ruled that Mr. Bruner died of natural causes brought on by a pre-existing medical condition. The Family of Mr. Bruner was notified of these finding prior to this news release being published.
