At the Darke County Republican Women’s Club meeting on Monday, November 10, Dr. Roxanne Cech spoke about her trip to Washington D.C. The club is raffling a Congressional Cookbook donated by Debbie Boehner, wife of Minority Speaker Congressman John Boehner. The cookbook is not only a collectors item and a beautiful edition, but has delicious recipes from legislators, their spouses, and many federal elected officials.Tickets are available from club members, from Kay Seiler or President Margaret Muhlenkamp (548-7172). Tickets are $1.00 or 3 for $2.00. The drawing will be held at the December meeting, not need to be present to win.
