The Day Center is based on each individual’s care needs and they may choose between full and half day care. This service will allow family caregivers to continue working outside the home and receive help with the physical care of a loved one with peace of mind. Adult Day Center participants are able to remain at home and also have an opportunity to interact socially with peers, share in stimulating activities, and receive assistance with the activities of daily living with dignity.
The Shuff Adult Day Center is open Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5:30pm., and offers the following features: full or half day care; lunches and snacks; bathing and hygiene assistance; activities; companionship; transportation; and much more.
