Do you love to exercise?

Get in shape while helping older adults build their flexibility and overall fitness skills!

Oakley House needs three volunteers to teach daily stretch exercises to residents. This opportunity, available to mature individuals, is offered Wednesday through Saturday from 10 to 10:45 a.m. Volunteers need to be able to communicate easily with a group , as well as demonstrate a fun attitude. A criminal background check will be provided. Training will be provided by the organization’s Life Enrichment Coordinator.

“Volunteers ensure our residents get the daily exercise they need,” says Bridget Sharp, Residence Director.
