Free Monthly Diabetes Education Program - April 13th

Uncontrolled blood sugar can increase your risk of diabetes complications like eye disease, kidney disease, heart and blood vessel problems, foot and leg problems, and nerve disease. So what can you do to help reduce your risk of these complications?

Join Karen Droesch RD, LD, CDE who will present the program “Preventing Diabetes Complications” on April 13, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Karen is the Certified Diabetes Educator at Wayne HealthCare.
