With great sadness and disappointment, DarkeJournal will report that commission candidate Ed Huffman was cited for driving under the influence Wednesday night at 9:29 p.m. by the Darke County Sheriff's Office. As of 11:00 p.m. (Wednesday), the citation is noted on the DCSO website. A citation is merely an allegation. Huffman is presumed innocent at this point in time.
