C & N Depot at 3rd and Chestnut Available for Lease

The old C and N depot and train cars at 610 W Third Street which has housed Farnham Equipment Company since 1965 has been purchased by Lew Crowell.   The depot consists of around 1000 sq. ft. of office space and 1000 sq. ft. of warehouse space.   Each boxcar has approximately 400 sq. ft. of space as well.  Lew intends to lease the facility for office space and for storage.  The boxcars and two 500 sq. ft. warehouse spaces and the offices can be rented individually or all as one.  There is also a detached garage of approximately 800 sq. ft. that is for rent.  This facility is ideal for workshops or light industrial applications.
