On Tuesday, August 30, 2011 at approximately 9:37 a.m., the Greenville Police Department received a 9-1-1 call in reference to a male subject lying on the floor in a garage; possibly having fallen. Officers responded to the scene at 9:39 a.m. and found a male subject lying unresponsive on the garage floor. Greenville Township Rescue personnel arrived on the scene soon after, and began life-saving efforts. Careflight was called and the victim was transported to the landing zone.
The Greenville Police Department was notified a short time later that the victim was deceased. The cause and manner of death are still being investigated
