WDTN is reporting that a man has been arrested in Huber Heights and is now in Darke County jail after a Darke County grand jury indicted him on charges of using the internet to arrange a sexual rendezvous with a 13 year old boy.Scott Messer, 22, is currently waiting arraignment on a charge of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
