THE OLD ARCANA EATING HOUSE AND EVENTS ANNOUNCES SPRING MUSIC SCHEDULE

The Old Arcana Eating House & Events, the new “rural roots” restaurant in Arcanum, Ohio slated for opening in May, is announcing their Bluegrass Brunch entertainment lineup for spring.

Developed by JLS Hospitality Group, Inc., The Old Arcana plans to feature live musicians regularly with a focus on American roots music, including bluegrass, folk and the blues. Saturdays and Sundays, The Old Arcana will feature a “Bluegrass Brunch,” opening at 8AM with a unique brunch menu and live bluegrass music from 11-2. The Bluegrass Brunch will continue throughout the spring season with the integration of acoustic folk and blues groups joining the stage in the summer and autumn.

Shannon Perry Clark, Arcana’s front of house and music manager has booked talent from throughout the state Ohio and as far away as California to bring unique live music to the Arcana stage. The lineup for May and June includes:

  • May 3rd- The New Outlook Blue Grass Band
  • May 4th – The Corndrinkers
  • May 10th- Sugar Grove
  • May 11th-Lonesome Meadow
  • May 17th- Berachah Valley
  • May 18th- Bluegrass Mafia
  • May 24th-Orchard Brothers
  • May 25th- Scott Lee & the Whiskey River Boys
  • May 31st- Sterling Bluegrass Band
  • June 1st- Evan Lanier and Bluegrass Express
  • June 7th- The New Outlook Bluegrass Band
  • June 8th- The New Outlook Bluegrass Band
  • June 14th- Ann & Phil Case
  • June 22nd-Vern McIntyres Appalachian Grass
  • June 29th- Starving in the belly of the Whale
