The Arcanum Public Library would like to thank all who participated in the Summer Reading Program. The summer was a great success and a good time was had by all. Congratulations to all of the readers for a job well done!
The start of August brings with it thoughts of going back to school and going to the Great Darke County Fair. We would like to remind everyone that the library will be closed during fair week from Monday, August 24th through Saturday, August 29th. We hope you have a chance to head to the fair to enjoy the food, activities, and meeting up with friends and family.
Going back to school means shopping for supplies and getting schedules together for school activities. Come to the library on Wednesday, August 12 at 3:30pm for a great way to get your mind ready to hit the books. We will be hosting a rousing game of “Reboot Your Brain” – Jeopardy Style! Questions will cover typical school subjects and others just for fun. Expect a fast-paced, team-style challenge.
The very popular Storytime sessions and the after school club, AfterWords, will resume in September. More information will come soon.
