WHIO: Bed Bugs Found at Greenville High School

According to WHIO, Greenville parents were alerted this week to bed bugs having been found at Greenville High School.

They report that two calls went out to parents, one yesterday and another today, describing the event and how the school reacted in accordance to their policy for isolation and treatment to reduce the risk of the bed bugs spreading.

The article also says that one parent arrived to demand her child be sent to the office immediately and be released to her. Chief Dennis Butts of the Greenville Police Department said she didn’t give the school workers any time to react before becoming “extremely disorderly,” leading to the woman being arrested for disorderly conduct.
