Holiday Party Thank you!

On January 15th, State of the Heart Care shared some exciting news. With the roll out of a new logo, name and the announcement of the expansion of services, the staff and volunteers had much to celebrate. State of the Heart Care also held their annual New Year Party for staff and volunteers on that evening. The event would not have been possible without the support of several local businesses. We would like to send a huge thank you to those people that helped make the New Year Party such a success.
