Notice of Accreditation Survey from Family Health, Inc.

Family Health, Inc. has voluntarily requested an accreditation survey conducted by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. (AAAHC) as a means of having a third-party review the entire organization to build upon strengths and identify opportunities to improve our delivery of safe, high-quality health care. The survey will evaluate the organization’s compliance with AAAHC Standards for ambulatory health care.
