Poll Workers Wanted for Future Elections

Attention Darke County Residents,

For each election held in Darke County, the Board of Elections employs 172 individuals to work at the polls. Each worker receives $105 for the day. Working on election day is a rewarding way to serve your community. We are always looking for new, enthusiastic workers. Any active voter is eligible to work. In particular, we are in need of Democrats or those who have no party affiliation. High school students who will be 18 by the general election, which will be held on November 6th, can also work. Working at the polls looks great on college resumes and job applications

If you would be interested in helping out, please stop by our office at 300 Garst Ave. just behind the Garst Museum or call 548-1835 and talk to Jason, Sue, or Luke. They will be happy to explain more about the job and the fun you will have.
