Sanitation Truck Rolls After Avoiding Left of Center Car

On July 19, 2018 at approximately 3:18PM, Darke County Sheriff's Deputies along with Greenville Township Fire and Rescue responded to the 7800 Block of Coletown Lightsville Road on a report an injury accident involving a large truck that rolled over.

Preliminary investigation revealed a White 1991 International sanitation truck, driven by Shaun M. Ginter (35) of Greenville, was traveling Northbound on Coletown Lightsville Road along with his front seat passenger Bradley S. Crum (32) of Greenville, and swerved to the right to avoid a collision with Southbound Green Ford Mustang that was left of center. Ginter struck the side ditch causing the truck to roll one time. Both occupants were taken to Wayne HealthCare for minor injuries.

This accident remains under investigation by the Darke County Sheriff's Office.
