Current records available online from the Darke County Sheriff's Office indicate 12 convicted sex offenders live in three residences, all close to each other, near downtown Greenville. These records were cross-referenced with records available from the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections. These records are summarized below.

These three residences are all within several blocks of East Elementary School in a residential neighborhood.

County auditor records indicate that all of the homes are owned by John and Kathleen Graham, and are part of their Samaritan Home Program. The homes are listed as part of ODRC Independent Housing Program, which contracts (compensates) entities which will take in eligible paroled prisoners.
