When you think of diabetes complications, we tend to think about heart disease, foot problems or kidney disease. However, diabetes can also cause dental problems.
The Wayne HealthCare Diabetes Self Management Education will be sponsoring a Free Monthly Diabetes Education Program to discuss “Diabetes and Dental Care” on March 8, 2011.
The program will be presented by Karen Droesch RD, LD, CDE the Certified Diabetes Educator at Wayne HealthCare. Karen will provide the presentation and allow time to answer your questions regarding diabetes. The program will be held at 2 p.m. in the conference room at Wayne HealthCare. Cost is FREE.
