2nd Annual Dave's Diggity Dog Festival (FREE Community Event)
Saturday, October 1st from 10am-3pm
Garst Museum Lawn in Greenville

"Hey Folks, have you heard the good news? Word has it... There's a festival in town and it's for the dogs!"

Discovery's Animal Planet announced that they will be featuring our festival on their website in the upcoming weeks - www.animal.discovery.com.

Come join in the fun & show your dogs off! We're starting the festival off with a morning dog walk through our City Park followed by dog contests (best dressed, cutest & more), K-9 unit demos, wiener dog races, doggie dash obstacle courses, disc competitions, flyball demos, adoptable pets, children's games, face painters, dog caricature artist, moon bounces and we're ending the day with big raffle drawings and a blessing of the animals. It's free to the public and a $12.00 fee to enter your dog in the walk, contests & wiener dog races. A portion of the proceeds will go to the Darke County Humane Society and Animal Shelter. Our festival will be televised on Channel 22 & Fox 45.

Please call Angela (Festival Director) @ 937-467-4547 for more information or visit our website at www.diggitydogfest.com.

  1. This was a great success last year. For something to be that well attended it's very first year was impressive. I am looking forward to the event again.
