Roger Van Frank, Director of Darke County Parks is pictured with Judge Julie Monnin as she presents a time sheet listing her and her family’s community service hours. Judge Monnin doesn't just order people to perform community service hours; she also puts her hands and feet to work as well. Judge Monnin and her family provided needed equipment and volunteered several hours toward the clearing of the bike trail. Judge Monnin was on litter control for Trash Bash in the spring. “I practice what I preach. My family and I are dedicated members of this county and love to share our time and talents for the betterment of our community. The bike trail is a great asset to this area and we look forward to many hours of enjoyment” says Judge Monnin.
