Copper to make appearances, encourage financial literacy
Greenville (Ohio) – To celebrate its 130th anniversary of serving families and businesses, Second National Bank is formally introducing its new mascot, Copper the dog, in the community.
“We are extremely happy to welcome Copper as part of the Second National Bank family,” said President John Swallow. “Our customers have had so much fun interacting with Copper and the kids love him. We look forward to our bankers taking Copper to visit local schools to teach children about the importance of saving. Copper helps make banking – and learning – fun!”
Copper has been busy walking in parades in Greenville, Arcanum, Versailles and Celina. He’ll be at area fairs and festivals, including the Darke and Mercer County Fairs, to visit with friends of all ages and hand out goodies.
If you’d like Copper to visit your classroom or make an appearance at your event, please call Antonia Baker at 937.547.2635.
