State of the Heart to Benefit From NASCAR Night in St. Henry November 22

The Celina-Mercer County Chamber of Commerce will hold its 19th annual Evening for Race Fans at Romer’s Banquet Facility in St. Henry on Friday, November 22. Special guest for the evening will be driver Bill Elliott. State of the Heart Hospice, with offices in Greenville, Coldwater and Portland, has long been a beneficiary of the evening’s proceeds. As of 2012, State of the Heart has received $73,000 from the annual fund raiser.

“We greatly appreciate being a part of this exciting evening and are grateful to be among those agencies receiving contributions raised,” stated Ryan Gathard, Fund Development Director for State of the Heart Hospice. The fund raising event has raised over $175,000 over the last 18 years, with funds going to the Celina-Mercer County Chamber of Commerce, State of the Heart Hospice and to Community Health Professionals Hospice.
