Duties include back office work as well as After Hours shift rotation.
Must be friendly, out-going, and a team player.
Must be licensed in the State of Ohio

Must be certified and/or licensed in the State of Ohio.

RN/LPN

Disease Management (Diabetes) Program
Full-time (M-F w/Saturday rotation)
Requirements:

•  friendly, out-going, and a team player.
•  Comfortable speaking to groups of people

great communication/patient education.
Licensed in the State of Ohio
