Petition to Repeal Senate Bill 5

ATTENTION!!! The first opportunity for Darke County residents
to sign the petition to repeal Senate Bill 5 will be in the former
Marsh's Parking Lot in Greenville (around 125 Martin Street)
this Friday, April 29, from 3:15 to 5:30 PM.

Correction: The petition is to place the fate of SB5 on the November ballot for voters to decide

  1. One very important correction. The petitions that are being signed are not to repeal SB 5, but to place it on the November ballot in order that all Ohioans may decide its fate. This petition process is much like a primary election, with the final decision of whether to make it the law of the land coming at the general election in November.

  2. I thought that was decided when we elected our state representatives to office. Isn't that what our vote told them? Never-the-less, bring it on!

  3. Do you feel the same with Obamacare? Or would you support measures to shut it down/repeal it?

The last I checked, our State Representative was not elected. He was appointed by the politicians.

Bring it on too the ballot, I think it would pass by greater margin then most care to think about.
