DCCA HOLIDAY SHOW STARS PIANIST ROBIN SPIELBERG
Robin Spielberg, a member of the prestigious Steinway Artist Roster who has sixteen recordings to her credit, made her Carnegie Hall debut in 1997, and has since performed there twice. “Robin is one of those artists who casts a spell on her audience as soon as she walks on stage; her performances just make you feel really good,” Mr. Rawlins said. In addition to her expressive piano technique, Ms. Spielberg is known for her story-telling which offers insight into the origins of the music as well as the artist's appealing personality.
“Robin Spielberg's American Tapestry” is sponsored by Jim and Enid Goubeaux and Greenville National Bank. Darke County Center for the Arts also receives financial support from Harry D. and Esther Stephens Memorial, Ketrow Foundation, and the Lydia E. Schaurer Memorial Trust Fund. Additionally, the Ohio Arts Council helps fund this program with state tax dollars to encourage economic growth, educational excellence and cultural enrichment for all Ohioans.
Tickets for “Robin Spielberg's American Tapestry” holiday show are $20, and can be reserved by contacting DCCA at 937-547-0908 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Tickets will also be available at the door if any remain by showtime.
