The Darke County Retired Teachers Association (DCRTA) will meet for their September luncheon on Thursday, Sept. 17, at 11:30 in the Brick Room at the Brethren Retirement Community. The cost of the meal is $8.00. If you make a reservation and do not attend, you will be responsible for payment. Ann Hanning from ORTA (Ohio Retired Teachers Assoc.) will be the main guest speaker with a program on items of interest to Ohio retired teachers.
