The best movies of 2000-2009 ... according to Jeff Marker (and DJ)

For those of you who don't know, Darke County native Jeff Marker reviews movies (and writes others movie-related articles) for the Gainesville Times in Gainesville, Georgia. Marker's new article lists his best movies of "the aughts."

Now that is an impressive list, but it's also coming from the "art critic" point of view. I consider myself to be a movie buff, but I have only heard of 16 of those movies - and have only seen 6. So with the casual viewer in mind, here's the DarkeJournal list of the best/most entertaining movies of the aughts: 1.
