Sunday stand-off on Greenville-Nashville Road

The facts on this case are pretty elusive. WHIO has a few details.

UPDATE: The suspect has been identified as Ralph Christopher Jenkins, 50, of Darke County. Jenkins is not currently on the Darke County Jail roster and may have made bail.
