These classes are sponsored by Council on Rural Services and open to all children and families with partial grant funding coming from a national fine art sponsor.
The classes are at the Council on Rural Services building on East Third Street. Council is a non-profit agency and few of the programs we operate is the Kids Learning Place in Greenville and four other counties, also has grants for HandsOn West Central Ohio volunteer program.
