New details on Darke County home invasion

Steve Baker of WHIO is reporting that the female charged in the recent Darke County home invasion, Teresa Crawford, is actually the niece of the 71-year-old victim. (check the video here for additional details and comments from Sheriff Toby Spencer / video still courtesy of WHIO)

Independent information provided to Darke Journal indicates that Crawford is a veteran criminal, having been involved in other area identiy theft scams. Crawford is known to use many different aliases. She previously served time in Randolph County, Indiana, and at one point was facing separate charges here in Darke County.
