Mote & Associates, Inc., Engineers and Land Surveyors, Greenville, Ohio, is offering their 8th annual complimentary Seminar entitled “Liabilities” to be held on Tuesday, February 16, 2010 from 9:00 A.M. to 2:30 P.M. at the Shawnee Prairie Preserve Nature Center located at 4267 State Route 502 west of Greenville. Key speakers include Mr. Matt McCoppin from USDA Rural Development, Mr. Dave Keiser from Littman-Thomas Agency, Mr. Rusty Poeppelmeier from Ohio Casualty Bond, Mr. Travis Fliehman from Donadio, Wagner & Fliehman and Mr. Bob Kennedy from the Ohio Bureau of Labor & Worker Safety. Special presentations will also be made by Mr. Tony Kuykendall of Performance Services on “Wind Turbines” and by Mote & Associates to the Student Winners of the “Greenville H.S. Engineer’s Week Challenge.”
The seminar is intended to help assist, educate and answer any questions regarding the different types of liability issues contractors, villages, etc. have throughout their construction projects.
