Darke Countians for Wildlife Conservation, Inc. is proud to announce the 24th Annual Bluebird Festival and Artisan’s Fair. The event will be held in the Greenville National Guard Armory, 1434 Wagner Ave, Greenville, Ohio; Saturday, Mar. 27th from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Sunday, Mar. 28th from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. Admission is $1.00 17 yrs and older, parking is free.
This year’s event will be bigger and better than ever before. There will be over 25 exhibitors this year. Exhibits pertaining to bluebirds, wildlife, nature, wildlife art, and Native American Culture will fill the Armory. Food will be provided by East Zion Church youth group. The East of the River Shawnee will have a demonstration on building a dugout canoe and James Alexander Thom and Dark Rain will be signing their books. The Ohio Bluebird Society will be there once again.

The following items will be available: Bluebird nest box kits and houses, feeders, books and food plus many other related items.
Darke Countians for Wildlife Conservation will have available the Bluebird prints, “House Hunting”, “Moving In”, and “The Family”. These prints, done by local artist Nancy Foureman, originally were a series presented over a three year period, all three are now available. There will be drawing for door prizes ever hour or half hour. This year’s festival promises to be a fun, informative activity the entire family will enjoy.
