The deadline to register is June 1st, and the participation is limited to 100 kids plus one parent or grandparent.

The following Safety Sessions will be presented at Safety Day: 1) Lawn Mower Safety, 2) Sun Safety/Healthy Lifestyle, 3) ATV/Dirt Bike Safety, 4) BB/Pellet Gun Safety 5) Water Safety. Our featured event will be a presentation by Trevor Hoff, a graduating senior from Francis Scott Key High School in Union Bridge, Maryland. At the age of 14, Trevor was stepping off a tractor at a grain elevator when it began to move forward. He was pulled into the path of the oncoming tire and the upper-half of his body was crushed under the weight of the tractor. The incident occurred on a concrete surface breaking Trevor’s pelvic bone in half and shattering the bones from his jaw to his forehead. Trevor will be telling “his story”.
