Mid-game update: The Lady Wave fell behind quickly 3-0, but have come from behind to take a 4-3 lead in the 5th.
................... spoke to soon. The Lady Wave fell 5-4 to Lakewood, though they showed great determination to overcome the early 3-0 deficit.
It's disappointing right now, but it was a great season girls! Congratulations.
It’s a shame they didn’t pull it off, but they certainly had an excellent season! Everyone in Greenville should be proud of their accomplishments… CONGRATULATIONS… to the Lady Wave's for a job well done!

ReplyDeleteI think it would be really nice if we knew when the girls were getting back to Greenville and had people cheering for them when they returned, just as in their parade, just to show that Greenville citizens stand behind them even if they didn't win State. Way to go Green Wave!

Although the loss may sting right now, your accomplishments this season, especially the way you have represented Greenville, is a great example for others to follow.
