On Sunday, August 8, 2010 at approximately 1:58 p.m., the Greenville Police Department responded to a call of a male passed out at 619 1/2 S. Broadway Street in Greenville. Upon officer arrival, an unidentified male was found deceased in the apartment.
The death has been under investigation by the Greenville Police Department and the Darke County Coroners Office, and the victim has now been identified as Michael L. Brown, age 35 of 619 1/2 S. Broadway, Greenville, OH. No foul play is suspected.
Michael Brown's six year old daughter shall remain in the custody of Darke County Children's Services.
