Treaty City Invitational Thanks!

Another Treaty City Invitational is in the books and I would like to thank the following for their contributions to the event. If I have left off any I apologize and I will do better next year. Thank you so much!

Wolf Tent and Awning, Greenville Rescue, Greenville National Guard, Greenville Parks and Recreation, Greenville Street Department, Flory's Landscape, Mark Pleiman (for loaning us the mile split clock), Greenville Athletic Department especially T.J. Powers (Thanks for being patience with me and fielding all of my phone calls), Greenville Athletic Boosters, Buchy's, The Bowman Family, Greenville Masonic Temple, Lowe's, Subway, Loudy's Office Supply, John Trick Construction, D.J Don Lockhart( You provided a magical day for those kids with your music!), Chris Cassell (for firing the cannon), Greenville City Fire Department (You were there when we needed you in the last minute), Greenville City Police Department, Eikenberry's, Josh paul Francis Furniture, Club 7, Rumpke, Mayor Bowers, Brooke Netzley (Thank you for your beautiful singing voice. You are a class act). And thanks to Darke Journal for its coverage of the event.

I also want to thank the volunteers who worked the event that day. It was ovewhelming to see such a large amount of man and woman power show up and assume any role that was presented to them. I can't tell you how much you guys helped this event go off as it did. Thank you for your patience with me As always I calmed down when the first cannon blast went off.

Without the support of the volunteers and the community organizations The Treaty City Invitational is just a pedestrian event. This event has grown quite a bit over the years and continues to provide young athletes, coaches, and spectators from all over the state of Ohio with a quality racing day as well as a quality enviroment for all to celebrate the sport of cross country.

Once again, thank you, thank you, thank you to all who took the time to make this day a success!
