The Arcanum Direct Sales Network (ADSN) and Beechwood Golf Course will sponsor a Charity Quarter Craze and food drive on November 6th, 2010 to benefit local Food Banks. Doors will open at 4:30pm and bidding will start promptly at 5:00pm.
ADSN is made up of several independent consultants from many direct sales companies such as Longaberger, Creative Memories, Lia Sophia, and many more! There will be over 50 items available to bid on ranging in value from $10 to more than $100. Admission is $1 or 2 non-perishable food items. Please help us achieve our goal of donating over 500 items to local food banks.
If you have never been to a Quarter Craze, this is one auction you do not want to miss. A Quarter Craze is a fast paced event where participants use quarters to bid on each item based on the retail value of the product. For example, if the retail value of the item is between $10 -$25 the required bid is 1 quarter (25¢). If the item has a retail value from $26-$50 the required bid is 2 quarters (50¢). Attendees are encouraged to bring one or two rolls of quarters to participate and bid on everything in the auction. Many incentives for attendees; door prizes, incentive for person who brings most guests with them, and much more! Such a great start to your holiday shopping!!!
Our November auction will take place at Beechwood Golf Course, 1476 State Route 503, Arcanum, OH 45304. All attendees will be able to participate in our 50/50 raffle where one lucky winner will take home half the pot at the end of the night. Congratulations to August’s winner, Beth Weaver from Arcanum, who took home $72.50!!
Food and drinks will be available for purchase through Beechwood Golf Course Kitchen. ADSN asks that all bidders be 18 years of age or older if possible. Please no non-bidding children.
Beechwood Golf Course will be accepting donations on behalf of ADSN if you are unable to attend our auction, through November 5th.
