A reminder that Ohio State Law prevents open burning between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM during the month of October. Any type of open burning is prohibited during those hours. The Arcanum Fire Department has also banned all open burning in their fire jurisdiction until drought conditions improve. Monday looks to be another dangerous fire day with low humidity and gusty winds. Extreme caution should be used.
