From badge1: While driving down Wilson Drive just east of the Swinging Bridge, the driver of this pickup apparently lost control and almost went into the water about 4:00 PM on Saturday. Here crews work to remove the vehicle, there were no injuries. [badge1 has an entire slideshow of photos here]
Doesn't this happen like every week? Seriously, some dumb kid does this like twice a year-put the fence BACK up!
ReplyDeleteSpeed bumps maybe a better solution. People walk along the creek in the park.
ReplyDeletethere was never a fence on the south side,by the creek. probally happened while on the cell phone, maybe they tried to dodge a duck,i hate stopping for those ducks.
ReplyDeleteDodge a duck at 25 and go into the creek-IDIOT! Really how fast was he going? Looks like plenty of road and time to stop???
ReplyDeleteDo what I do and just run over the ducks. I have to, I get hungry.
ReplyDeleteput the rails back up!!!!!
ReplyDeleteIt DOES seem like speed bumps with the rails (like it was before)is the answer. Why do they always change what works, and then wonder what's wrong
ReplyDeleteSounds like you are all idiots!!! Including the inexperienced driver!
ReplyDeleteI think the trees serve pretty well as guard rails. They worked this time.
ReplyDeleteThey didn't work when the kid killed himself by running off into the creek in like 82?
ReplyDeleteYou cannot totally safeguard against dumbasses!
ReplyDeleteIt's called Darwinism, it works quite well.
ReplyDeleteAre the three young boys standing there the dumbasses?
ReplyDeletewow u r all freaking stupid it hadnt rained for like ever and the oil on the road was wet and it was slick
