Voter turnout was high in our part of the state

Here are the raw stats for your to consider:

Mercer County 55.56% voter turnout - #10 in the state
Preble County 53.53% voter turnout - #12 in the state
Darke County 53.36% voter turnout - #14 in the state
Miami County 52.83% voter turnout - #16 in the state

  1. These kind of turn-outs mean that big cities can't dominate elections in Ohio because of their huge numbers of voters. Usual percentages for mid-terms average around 35%. A direct effect of this on yesterday's election was the Beagle win.
