The Darke County Center for the Arts will hold a special meeting on Thursday, December 9, 2010, at 12:00 p.m. in the Community Meeting Room on the third floor of the Greenville Public Library, 126 W. Fourth Street, Greenville. All DCCA members are invited to attend.
The purpose of the special meeting is to adopt amendments to the Code of Regulations, Article II, Section 3, to change the commencement of the Director’s terms to be effective as of the date of their election, and add a Section 9, to provide for the filling of a vacancy in the Board of Directors for an unexpired term.
The proposed amendments will be effective January 1, 2011
