Calling all March of Dime Ambassadors

Oakley House Assisted Living is proud to have Jason Fiely, a former March of Dimes Ambassador child, as the Meaningful Pursuits Coordinator. In this position Jason is responsible for planning daily activities for the residents, such as fitness, particular club interests, and crafts as well as special outings and parties.

Jason has overcome many physical and emotional obstacles since being the March of Dimes Ambassador child. He will be sharing his before and after story with the community to promote awareness. Jason is known for his optimism and ability to overcome challenges. He often relates to the resident health concerns and states "it is the hand you are dealt, but how you pay the cards." Jason has been a true example to many disabled individuals and a true contributor to Darke County.

We are seeking all former March for Babies and Walk America Ambassadors in Darke County to share their before and after stories, by participating in Team Oakley Houses efforts. Our team efforts include collecting dimes to fill our nursery crib at our Dime Drive Kick-off on April 3rd, an Ambassador Reunion the Darke County March for Babies on April 30th. To share in our efforts please contact the Resident Director at bsharp@alcco.com or calling Oakley House at 937-548-9521 by March 15th.
