On Friday, March 25th Diane Muhlenkamp, RN and Case Manager for State of the Heart Hospice was recognized by the staff at Oakley House Assisted Living. Diane was awarded a certificate by Wellness Director Cathy Stalder for her “Passion in Action” which is defined as a caregiver that goes above and beyond to meet the physical, spiritual and physiological needs of a resident. Her colleagues and Oakley House residents held a surprise luncheon in her honor.
