Darke Journal Update 1 (1:20pm 4/12/11): Darke Journal reader Merl got information from DOT noting that the tanks are headed somewhere on Sebring Warner Rd, but it remains to be seen where they were headed (complete guesses involve the ethanol plant or the new dry ice company) and why they've been parked on the exit ramp.
Original Post: WHIO has the report linked below. Apparently the Highway Patrol is looking into it? Sounds mysterious. I'll guess it's much ado about nothing, but how weird of a sight is it to see such large vehicles simply parked for no apparent reason?
