It’s time for a night out!

Karen and I (J.R. Kelch) want to invite you and the whole family to join our family for a grand night of entertainment. We are honored to be in the Director’s Chair (and Costume Chair) for the inaugural opening of the Versailles Performing Arts Center for our local community theatre group, Towne & Country Players and their production of “The Secret Garden”.

This heartwarming children’s classic takes on all the best of a major Broadway production; complete with over forty voices and full orchestra in this grand theatrical story of a family separated by tragedy and reunited in love. All of this and Versailles too!
The theatre is at the new Versailles Schools, located at 280 Marker Road just off of State Route 121.

Our performances are for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings, June 23rd,24, 25th with the curtain at 7:00 p.m. and a Sunday matinee on June 26th at 2:00 p.m.

Karen and I would love to see you at what is going to be our “swan song”. After over 50 shows, it’s time to bring the curtain down (pun intended) and would really like to share this with you our friends and family. After each performance there will be some sort of social opportunity to visit. We really hope you can make it!

The cost is $12.00 for adults and $10.00 each for students though High School. If you would like to order tickets, you may call our box office phone and leave a message at 937-214 – 4139 or by e-mail to tcptickets@yahoo.com.

  1. How much of the ticket money will the school get to pay expenses such as lighting and airconditioning. The tax payers should not have to pay these expenses because it is not a school function.
