Former Darke County Sheriff James Irwin Passes Away

Mr. James C Irwin passed away Saturday at the age of 95. Mr. Irwin was a veteran of WWII and had a 35 year career in law enforcement, culminating in a 14 year tenure as the Darke County Sheriff, from which he retired in 1981.
