Garst Museum Appreciates Volunteers

On Friday, October 28, 2011, the Garst Museum honored the many volunteers who faithfully give of their time so visitors will have an enjoyable and educational visit to the museum. Executive director, Dr. Clay Johnson stated, “Volunteers are what make the museum run. It would not be possible to offer all that we do without their assistance.”

The Garst Museum staff hosted a luncheon for all volunteers. Three volunteers were recognized for having the most recorded volunteer hours in 2011. They were Marilyn Robbins, Norma Schilling, and Pat Lemmer.
