Wee Read Together to Begin at New Madison Public Library

Wee Read Together, a story time for pre-school age children, will begin at New Madison Public Library on Monday, January 23 at 6:30 p.m. Sessions will be held every Monday night through May 14, and each session will last between 30 and 45 minutes. Participants will enjoy books, songs, games and crafts designed to encourage reading and the development of literacy and school-readiness skills. Activities that encourage family interaction will be a regular part of each weekly program. Wee Read’s leader will again be Miss Elaine who is EUM Preschool’s administrator in her full-time career.

Wee Read is open to the public, and it is a free program made possible through the library support levy passed by voters in May 2011. Call 937.996.1741 for more information.
